Welcome to a new level of service that I hope to share in these challenging times where mediocrity is unacceptable and thinking that 'because we've always done it this way' is how things should be. This is our journey to try to break the mold of service in the healthcare industry. In my pursuit we have followed the path taken by a major hospitality industry leader, one who's won the Malcolm Baldrige award for excellence.
